Are LizArk Rail and LizArk Roads included with LizArk Basic?

Yes, 100%! Both LizArk Rail and LizArk Roads Pro are fully included in LizArk Basic ($39/yr), Pro, and Studio licenses. You do not need to buy separate add-on licenses. While standalone plugin editions will be offered in the near future for users who only want single tools, purchasing any LizArk license gives you both tools included today.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The 7-day trial is completely free and no credit or debit card is required. Select Start free trial and provide your email address at Dodo Payments checkout. Dodo emails your license key after checkout, and the trial RBZ download starts after checkout verification. Enter the key in LizArk → Settings → License to activate the trial. Downloading the installer alone does not activate it. The trial unlocks every tool and engine, with a limit of 50 3D generations, 5 hours of Web Draw Wall, and unlimited PDF imports.

What does the Basic plan include?

Basic includes 50 3D generations per month, PDF/DWG/JPG/PNG import, up to 5 hours of Web Draw Wall each month, Elevation Automation, commercial use, plus full access to both LizArk Roads Pro and LizArk Rail.

Yes. Use the billing portal provided with your order or open a ticket at lizatek.com/support. Available upgrade options depend on the payment provider used for the original order.

Do I need an internet connection or AI?

No AI or cloud processing is used - all plan-to-3D automation runs offline inside SketchUp. An internet connection is only required for the initial activation and once every 2 months for a license check.

What payment methods are accepted?

Trial keys are issued by Dodo Payments worldwide. Paid plans: global customers check out through Polar; customers in India use Dodo Payments for INR and local methods. Exact methods are shown before payment.

How do I activate my license?

After purchase or trial checkout, your payment provider emails you a license key. Paste it into LizArk → Settings → License. Activation is instant.

Do prices include VAT/tax?

Applicable tax is calculated by Polar or Dodo Payments from your billing details and shown clearly before payment.

How many PCs can I use one license on?

One license is active on one PC at a time. You can release the license from the current PC in the plugin settings and activate it on another machine at any time.

What operating systems are supported?

LizArk is available for Windows and macOS with SketchUp Pro 2022 or newer.

Who manages my license, billing and invoices?

Polar handles global paid orders and Dodo Payments handles India paid orders plus the free trial. Your receipt identifies the provider that manages billing, tax, invoices and subscription changes for that purchase.

Offline Activation

Activate Lizark on an offline workstation with your receipt and Machine ID.

Offline activation

On any connected device, verify your Dodo receipt and generate a key for the Machine ID shown in Lizark Settings > License. Transfer the key to your SketchUp workstation and paste it into the activation field.

The key keeps your verified Trial, Basic, Pro, or Studio plan and its expiry. Trial access lasts seven days from key issuance by the provider; generating another offline key does not restart it. Paid keys remain valid until the verified subscription renewal date.

Requires Lizark 1.0.25 or later. Download the signed installer, then use Copy beside the Machine ID in Settings > License. Polar customers can activate their provider key online or contact support for offline assistance. A workstation slot is reserved when the offline key is generated.
