What Draw Ventilator does

Draw Ventilator places wall ventilators near the ceiling using the same opening pipeline as windows and doors. It supports planar and curved walls, includes optional chejja sun shades, and can generate UPVC ventilator assemblies with adjustable louvers and exhaust holes.

Size templates

  • Small - 18" x 12"
  • Medium - 24" x 18"
  • Large - 36" x 24"

UPVC Ventilator dialog

  • Design - Full Louvers, or Split (Louvers + Exhaust).
  • Total Width and Height - overall ventilator size in millimetres.
  • Frame Thickness and Depth - UPVC frame section.
  • Number of Louvers - how many horizontal blades to generate.
  • Glass Thickness - for any glazed portions.
  • Exhaust Hole Diameter - for split-style units.
  • Louver Angle - blade tilt, typically 45°.

Chejja / Chajja sun shade

Enable Include Chejja to add a projecting sun shade above the ventilator. Choose a flat, sloped, L-type, or box profile, then set the projection and thickness. The chejja is generated as separate geometry on the appropriate layer.

Placing a ventilator

Hover over any wall face to see a cyan preview. Click to place. The sill height is auto-calculated near the top of the wall using the configured ventilator offset, but you can nudge it with the Up/Down arrows or type a custom WxH into the Measurements box.
