What Resize Chejja does
Resize Chejja edits the projecting sun shade above an existing LizArk window or ventilator. You can change how far the chejja extends from the wall, its thickness, side overhangs, and profile shape without deleting the parent opening.
Resize workflow
- Launch the tool and click a generated chejja, or click the opening it belongs to.
- The Chejja dialog shows the current projection, thickness, and profile.
- Edit values or drag the on-screen handles to preview the new shape.
- Click OK to regenerate the chejja geometry in place.
Controls
Profile options typically include Flat, Sloped, L-Type, and Box. Projection p sets the front overhang; side s sets the left/right overhang. Thickness t controls the slab depth.
Type profile names directly into the VCB to switch styles without opening the dialog.
Tips
Resize Chejja only works on chejja generated by LizArk tools. Manually drawn sun shades must be edited by hand.
Increasing projection too far can cause the chejja to intersect the wall below or neighboring geometry.
The tool keeps the chejja centered on the opening width by default; change side values to shift or extend it.
